【崗位職責(zé)】
【 Job Responsibilities】
1、負(fù)責(zé)酒店日常財(cái)務(wù)核算工作,包括收入、成本、費(fèi)用的審核與賬務(wù)處理;
Be responsible for the daily financial accounting work of the hotel, including the review of income, costs and expenses as well as accounting treatment.
2、編制月度財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表及經(jīng)營分析報(bào)告,確保數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí);
Prepare monthly financial statements and business analysis reports to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data;
3、監(jiān)督酒店資金流動,管理銀行賬戶及現(xiàn)金收支,確保資金安全;
Supervise the hotel's capital flow, manage bank accounts and cash receipts and payments, and ensure the safety of funds;
4、協(xié)助制定年度預(yù)算,并定期跟蹤預(yù)算執(zhí)行情況,提出改進(jìn)建議;
Assist in formulating the annual budget, regularly track the implementation of the budget, and put forward improvement suggestions;
5、負(fù)責(zé)稅務(wù)申報(bào)及稅務(wù)籌劃工作,確保合規(guī)性并優(yōu)化稅務(wù)成本;
Be responsible for tax declaration and tax planning, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax costs;
6、對接審計(jì)工作,提供所需財(cái)務(wù)資料并配合完成審計(jì)報(bào)告;
Coordinate with the auditing work, provide the required financial materials and cooperate in completing the auditing report;
7、完善財(cái)務(wù)管理制度及流程,提升財(cái)務(wù)工作效率與規(guī)范性;
Improve the financial management system and processes to enhance the efficiency and standardization of financial work;
8、完成上級交辦的其他財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)工作。
Complete other financial-related tasks assigned by superiors.
【崗位要求】
【 Job Requirements】
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,財(cái)務(wù)、會計(jì)、審計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
College degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, auditing or related fields is preferred;
2、2年以上財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有酒店行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
More than 2 years of financial work experience. Candidates with experience in the hotel industry are preferred.
3、熟悉企業(yè)會計(jì)準(zhǔn)則及稅務(wù)法規(guī),具備扎實(shí)的財(cái)務(wù)專業(yè)知識;
Familiar with enterprise accounting standards and tax regulations, and possess solid financial professional knowledge;
4、熟練使用財(cái)務(wù)軟件及Office辦公軟件,尤其精通Excel;
